Stop crucifying Imus – we all make mistakes – where are all these same voices of protest when we have a President that lies to us and costs over 3,000 lives for the oil revenues to benefit corporate America and the oil industry. Where are these voices when the Supremem Court appointments set this country back by decades. Imus did something wrong and is paying for it. The media only makes things worse with non-stop coverage. MSNBC lost my respect! Mr. Imus hang in there!!!

Strange that you commented here… but just so you know, Robyn, as the main Imus-basher on this blog, I was also in attendance at the Rutgers Iraq War protest earlier this year and gave it full blog coverage, as much as one man could. The media certainly didn’t pay as much attention to that one, but don’t blame us for that. We cover the issues that affect us, and as Rutgers students this one hit close to home.
